The Imperial Lions will be looking for their sixth win in seven Momentum One Day Cup matches this season and a place at the top of the log standings when they take on the Hollywoodbets Dolphins at the Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium this afternoon.

The Imperial Lions are fresh from recording a hard fought victory over the Warriors at the Imperial Wanderers Stadium on Sunday as the returning Reeza Hendricks scored a well-played 112 from 105 balls to cement their second spot and remain in touch with the Durban outfit who are currently top of the table.

The Highveld side will approach the tie with a degree of caution as the Dolphins have started the season on a flyer and being the other team besides the Lions to lose just one match so far. Having lost their key spinners Keshav Maharaj and Imran Tahir they will have the capable Prenelan Subrayen and Senuran Muthusamy to lead the charges on a wicket that is expected to offer turn for the spin bowlers.

Team news from the Imperial Lions camp is that they have been boosted with the return of Wiaan Mulder who returns to Imperial Lions team for the first time since his Four Day Franchise Competition involvement in October.

Kagiso Rapulana makes a return to the traveling Imperial Lions squad while Aya Myoli retains his spot in the side following his return to franchise cricket following a long-term absence.

Full Imperial Lions Squad:  Ryan Rickelton, Bjorn Fortuin, Reeza Hendricks, Dominic Hendricks, Johannes Diseko, Wiaan Mulder, Kagiso Rapulana, Eldred Hawken, Wihan Lubbe, Aaron Phangiso, Nicky van den Bergh, Delano Potgieter.
